ALL MEDICAL FORMS WERE DUE LAST WEEK! If you haven't gotten them in to
the nurse yet, please do so immediately. If you are unsure if you are
"cleared" to bowl, GO ASK THE NURSE!!!
Better yet, EVERYONE should check with the nurse if they are cleared to bowl!!!
